Holly Macdougall

Holly is Managing Broker\REALTOR® and holds a diploma in Hospitality and Tourism with a Marketing major. Holly has foreign business travel experience and has held multiple management roles in hospitality, tourism and the legal world, which brings a plethora of knowledge to the Fortune Marketing team. In 2012, Holly and Don moved to the Okanagan from Vancouver with excitement for the start up of Fortune Marketing. She is very proud to be part of a fun, progressive company that is continually growing. Holly is originally from Whitecourt, Alberta and on top of being a business owner, she has also completed five half marathons. Their dog, Teddy, is one of Holly’s biggest loves. Jena Polley

Jena graduated from Okanagan College with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing. Upon completion of that she became a REALTOR® at Fortune Marketing Realty Inc. Jena holds the role as Sales Manager. She is responsible for managing all contracts and MLS listings. Along with that, she deals directly with purchasers, lawyers, mortgage brokers and our developers. Her position requires her to frequently visit all developments where she works with property specialists and assists in every deal. Jena moved to the Okanagan from Delhi, ON in 2011 to attend school and fell in love with Kelowna. Jena spent many years as a competitive swimmer and swim coach, now in her spare time she enjoys going to the gym/exercising, yoga, hiking, biking—the typical Okanagan lifestyle. She LOVES to travel and explore new countries and cultures!

DON WARKENTIN

Don, Founder and Partner at Fortune Marketing has a wealth of business knowledge. He has over 25 years’ experience in managing one of the top commission sales forces in Canada. As a former Senior Vice President and Director of Merrill Lynch, Don managed the Canadian sales force into becoming one of the top producing teams in North America.

Don has been an avid investor; buying and selling real estate in the Lower Mainland and Okanagan which is a huge asset to Fortune Marketing. Don is also an active investor in the North American and International stock markets. He has an extensive knowledge on global economies and is up to date on world real estate.

Originally from Saskatoon, he moved to Vancouver where he travelled extensively with his positions. In 2012 Don and his wife, Holly, moved to Kelowna with the vision of Fortune Marketing. They wanted to create a company that looked after developers to help maximize their profits on new developments.

Don has a love for great food and dining experiences. In his free time, he enjoys skiing, hiking and traveling. Don also has a soft spot for their dog Teddy.

Lani Bos

Marketing Manager

Lani comes to us all the way from the beautiful Mornington Peninsula in Australia. She has been living in Canada since late 2012.

Lani brings with her, real estate administrative experience, a certificate in Business and a positive attitude.

Lani first started with the team as a Property Specialist in early 2017. Lani is a key contributor as Project Marketing Manager, managing all marketing and communications for projects, and client relationships.

Like most Australians who visit Canada, Lani is a keen Skier/Snowboarder who loves Big White. In the summer time she is just as active always searching for the next hike, run or adventure that gets her outdoors enjoying the sunshine
